Bloore was the old man. Lockhead was the chairman of the Board. McKay was the guru. Morton was Fifth Member. And I was Rising Star. I always thought it was some kind of Indian chief title, you know, Rising Star, but they always called me the kid. I suppose I was the kid. I was the kid, I still am the kid. And they were such wonderful, wonderful years. I’d struggle with a common struggle…we’d see each other we’d go to each others’ studios, we’d discuss relevant things, like why isn’t a particular colour working in any particular place. We’d party together and live life together.
